Help My Neptune will not pull water out of clothes??

Everything was fine then on the last load the clothes were sopping wet and heavy. I pushed 'spin' only on the control panel. The barrel spun, but water was not sucked out of clothing. I unplugged, waited, then tried again. same results. I also tried to re-run thru wash/rinse/spin cycle...clothes still laden with water.
I took back panel off and carefully watched motor spin the belt. It never really kicked in to go fast, fast. But motor did go one way and then reversed itself etc.
Water does not seem to be pumped out the hose either.
I am NOT getting any error messages on the computer display. Does that mean the computer board is ok?
What should I do? Besides call repairman. Also, I was never notified of the class action suit on this model.

It is possible you have something caught in the drain pump, removing the lower back panel will allow access to pump and hoses, besides that, these models have a full motor and control board kit replacement when the motor goes bad. Very expensive, also the class action lawsuit is over.

I was able to see that the spin cycle reaches very high rpms but running diagnostics and it seem that at those rpms water is extracted and goes thru to the drain pipes in house.
However, on the board input tests...I got a FA or Fail on the Acceleroptmeter circuit. As I understand ...this thing is some sort of 'motion sensor' on one of the circuit boards....used for when loads become too unbalanced.
I used the 'spin cycle' test on a 'heavy wet load' and a 'lighter load'....the spin cycle during testing worked fine. After, I tried a regular load of wash --thru all cycles----(not diagnostics) and the spin cycle seemed to not get those high rpms....the clothes were laden with water.
Now I do not know what needs to be fixed. The motor seems fine, it goes thru all cycles except at spin cycle I do not get the rpms required to extract water.
Any advice is appreciated. note: i have not figured out howto check things like the 'inertial unbalance switch' or the two 'tub displacement' switches.
I do recall hearing an odd 'crack' sound come from the washer during a cycle prior to the one that failed to spin correctly and extract water.
The machine control circuit board looks fine....nothing burnt etc. Anyone who can help, it would greatly be appreciated.
