My Dacor Micirowave's timer is not working properly. It dosen't count down by the second it goes much much faster...to cook anything I have to put it on 90 minutes three times to even cook a baked patatoe. You can see it counting down very fast instead of by the second. Do I need a new timer?...this is a very expensive microwave that matches and sits above my Dacor Convection oven... it is located in a vacation property so the use has been only 20 to 30 times a year....if that?? Can you help?
Thank you,
Joyce Smith

Hi Joyce,

Most likely the problem is a bad control unit.

- The part number for the control unit is AP3395593

Gene.
