refrigerator leaks water in front on floor it is running down the inside back wall the cup does not have frozen water in it there is no water in it because it is running down the wall need help please

The only cause for water to leak from the freezer into the refrigerator is a blocked drain for defrosted water.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and, I bet, you'll find the drain hole (under the evaporator coil) clogged and frozen. Use a hair dryer and/or turkey baster to unfroze and clean it.
