Since this unit was produced in Europe, and brought to the U.S.A. We're not going to be able to help you. We have no information, at all, for European produced Whirlpool products. I can only reccomend you contact Whirlpool Customer Service and see if they can assist you. Or, wait and see if someone else on this forum has the information, and can assist you.
