Estate model EGD4400SQ0... Up until a week ago this dryer worked great. I took it apart cleaned it out even bought and replaced the igniter that I broke. When I start the dryer looking through the inspection hole the igniter lights then the gas comes on, it runs for roughly 1 to 2 minutes then the gas shuts off. So I'll open the door and try again. This time the igniter lights then goes out and there is no flame. I'll leave and come back try it again the dryer lights and runs 1 to 2 mins again and then the gas shuts off. What could be the problem?

I just had the same problem and observations.
Try to test the gas control valves for continuity. It is not that difficult once you get access to them. If you are going to replace them, two small Phillips head screws is all that stands in your way of removing the holding bracket and the solenoids will lift off their posts. Replace both.
