Last week my fridge decided not to work right. The freezer still blows cold air and the meat is defrosted by now but the ice is fine. The refrigerator is somewhat cool, but certainly not cold enough to store food. When I originally checked the settings (back when the refrigerator was fine) the freezer was on low, so I turned it up. I figured something must have bumped it. After turning the freezer up to the recommended setting things went downhill from there. The unit just started to get warmer and warmer so I cranked it to the coldest setting...still no luck. I have pulled it away from the wall, no leaks were noticed but it seemed warm back there so I have left it pulled out from the wall. The unit was used for 2 years and then put into storage (upright in the garage) for another 2. It hasn't even been 2 months since I have plugged it back in. Could storing it for so long have caused this problem and what should I do to fix it? I have no idea how to repair refrigerators, any help would be great.

Check behind the rear panel in the freezer for any frost or ice build up. Nat
