I have a Whirlpool Gold side by side refer and it is not very cold on the refer side but the freezer seems fine. Also, the interior light is out and the temp controls lights do not working. I don't know if it's all related or not.
I cleaned the coils as best as I could too.
Should I feel air at the back vent that is located behind the temp control at the top left corner?
Please advise with anything to check out. Thank you

I would go to www.applianceaid.com for a procedure to manually force defrost.
If it cannot be switched to defrost, you may have a bad control board. If the compressor stops, but no defrost, you probably have a bad defrost thermostat.
Pull the back freezer panel and defrost the evaporator with a hair dryer. Clip off the defrost thermostat that's clipped to the evaporator and temporarily short the wires to . If you now can get it to defrost, you have a bad defrost thermostat.

I took off the back of the freezer and the duct to the refer side was clogged with ice. The fan was working so I put it all back and it blows air slightly but not fully. I think the vent doesn't open fully. Also, the temp control light or the internal lights do not work.

For Moores, I would check your damper door, it might be jammed shut.

It that located on the refer side? What controls that door and could that be one of the problems? Is it possible that the control box that has the temp controls in it be bad abd not letting it open? I might have 2 problems here

Just remove the cover to it and check, might be jammed open.

Usually they are wired separately, probably a bad wire by the connector.
