Seems to be a common problem, just wasn't sure about my model # being the same.

Is this the Service Manual for your machine? Service manual.

Let's verify if your machine model is a FAV6800A or FAV9800A TL. If so and you want to DIY the fix I'll see if I can help. I'm an owner and do my own repairs on the machine.

If it's the above models we can start troubleshooting and see if the Control Board will allow you to open up the Softener and Bleach dispenser water valves and allow water flow to those reservoirs.......Dick
