Have a GE Advantium 120 and the turntable stopped turning. Have checked for debri, all is clear but still will not turn. Help in any way with this issue would be GREATLY APPRECIATED

Remove the bottom cover. Remove the wires from the motor (#1472 on the break down diagram) and check for 120VAC to the motor while the microwave is "on".

If there is 120VAC then replace the motor.

If there is no 120VAC then replace the control board.

- The part number for the turntable motor assembly is AP3183636

- The part number for the control board is AP3186997

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE microwave Model SCA1001FSS001

I replaced turntable motor and it WORKS, she is happy.

Gene thanks a million. Replaced motor and it works.You made it so easy, especially by supplying the part #'s.
