Our company inherited a refrigerator from a project we had done, and received it brand new, with protectant sticker and all. However, no owners manual, or warrenty information. It is a GE Profile, model: PSSS3RGXA SS

We have never been able to have our ice make work successfully. It does not create any ice. We have done the trouble shooting, as well as what the manual said regarding cleaning it out, etc. This may work for a day or so, but then goes right back to not producing. The current freezer temp level is 3 (out of 6).

Any other thoughts as to what we can do to make our office have ice? Given it's practically a new fridge, that had never been used, I find it hard to believe we have to just deal with it.

Thank you,

OPX
