My most used burner quit working so I ordered a Burner Head Assembly to replace it. Now my question is how do I get in to a sealed top? I've taken alot of screws out of the back, under the front knob bar, and even the sides. It seems I am going to have to disassemble the entire stove and oven to do this AND take off each of the four burner assemblies to prevent bending the gas pipes under the top. Please tell me I am missing something simple. I'm usually pretty good at repairing my own appliances. Thanks in advance.

here is a break down of your unit Model MGF334BGWD
If you look at the top/drawer page, on the top you see #21 & #22 you have to turn these and they are hard to get a hold of. But once you get those off you can raise the top to get to the burners.
Let us know if you need anything else.

BTW you can put all the other screws back
