First of all I would like to ask if anyone has a wire schematic for a Kenmore 59652673200. This all started when the ref rig side had gotten warm and the freezer side was still cold. I found the upper vent was open and very little air flow. The bottom vent was blocked with frost. Sense then I have replaced the defrost controller, thermal switch. The heater coil oms out at 30.6. It was the same as a new one. Sense the install of the new parts I have seen the defrost work once and thats when I cycled the freezer light switch five times. Now the coils are starting frost up again. How often is the defrost to cycle. The freezer is 10 and the refrig is 40. the thermal switch came with wire nuts, has any one had a problem with these. Is the switch a open or close switch or is a thermal couple using resistance. The new switch oms out warm at 2.63. The freezer fan is working. Any suggestions ??

On average the unit should defrost about every 6 to 10 hours depending on the defrost conrtol. Your wiring diagram should be behind the kick plate on yout unit. It is possible to have gotten a defective adaptive defrost control.

Thanks Nat I'll check it out. I did defrost the coils again with my wifes hair dryer and when I bumped one of the thermal switch wires it came out of the wire nut so I trashed the wire nuts ( never did trust them ) and replaced them with a slip connector. I did recheck the heating coil and it still reads 30.6.

very possibly, but your model is made by Maytag, Kenmore doesn't make anything. the 1st 3 numbers tell us who actually made it. There are generally a few minor differences. Thought it might help.

The model number ARS9265BW looks very similar to your model.
And yes you can send pictures via email or post them either way.
