Just replaced the evap fan, but it still does not work. I did a a/c check and am getting 5.3 AVC.
Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Ok...just had the GE tech out, what a nice guy. He explained to me that the condensor or evaporator has to get to 0 degress before the fan will come on.
I did not leave the fridge plugged in, so i never had a chance to get cool enough for the fan to engage.
After leaving it plugged in for about 15 minutes the fan kicked on and is working perfectly.
I am posting this just in case anyone else ever has this issue.
Good Luck
