There is smoke coming from the back of the freezer section of the appliance. Yes, we unplugged it. It seems to be coming from the lower corner by the vents (in the back.) Guessing it has something to do with the defroster motor/fan. Please help

Can you double check your model number please. it's easier to help when we can look at the breakdown on the machine.
