I suspect your glides are shot. Does the tub turn easily by hand? If it won't start at all then you might have a bad door switch or the fuse could be blown. This is a fairly simple dryer to fix. Here are the 2 most likely failures: this is the glide pic and here is the rear bearing failure SublimeMasterJW attached the following image(s):

the dryer does turn by hand, although it isn't really easy to turn. the door switch works but still won't turn when i push the button. I can't really tell from the picture sent what a glide is. Also, where would I find the fuse, i've looked everywhere and still can't find one

You have to perform a few tests to find out exactly what is wrong with the dryer.
1. Check for 120VAC between the orange wire, coming to the door switch and ground. If there is no power then the thermal limiter is open and has to be replaced. If there is 120VAC then go to step 2
2. Remove the Tan wire from the J2-1 terminal on the control board and check for 120VAC between this wire and ground wile the door is closed. If there is no power then the door switch is bad and has to be replaced. If there is 120VAC then go to step 3
3. Remove the Gray wire from the J4-1 terminal on the control board and check for 120VAC between this terminal and ground while the Start button is depressed. If there is no power then the control board is bad and has to be replaced. If there is 120VAC then the motor gone bad.
Post the results.
