Bought a new thermostat for my Kenmore Elite dishwasher and found the location of the old one. Problem is getting the darn wires off the two connectors. Don't want to break anything but I can't get them off. What's the trick?

Hi wbstrs1

There are no tricks. Just carefully remove the terminals, one at a time.

Good luck.
Gene.

There is a trick, use a flat bladed screwdriver and pry them off. In the past, I have yanked a spade terminal off and pulled off the terminal, thus ruining the item. This happens with fuses!
