A Few days ago I noticed some water on the floor, and then noticed that the cooling of the freezer and fridge is not up to par, I adjusted the temp control waited and there was no change
I heard a popping and hissing sound which I will monitor again and see if it is stuck in defrost mode - What should I do if it is stuck in defrost mode?
Also I noticed that lack of a fan running in the freezer, usually there is an icy fog that comes out and some air flow and in the manual it says there is a fan on the top of the freezer.
I'm going to get a turkey baster and flush the drain, clean the coils on the bottom with a brush (need to buy) and hopefully be able to pull the fridge out and clean the fan and check the evap coils (the fridge is in my opinion too big for the area, it has 1/8 inch clearance on the left and right side and an inch in the back, some wood trim on the all needs to be pulled as well, and I'm renting so, not something I exactly want to do, they have in the lease that they are to provide me a working fridge, but I'm trying to save them money)
Thank you so much for your help! :)

The fan in the back of the freezer was caught on a wire, all is well now.
I really appreciate the site for giving me the knowledge and courage to work on my appliances, I will definitely be back:)
