My GE Side by Side refrigerator Model 363tfx28PBBA is making ice ever so often at bottom and is leaking water to the floor. Is this easy to fix or require a repair professional.

Most likely the problem is a clogged and/or frozen drain in the freezer. The drain hole is under the evaporator and you have to remove the rear panel in the freezer to access it. Defrost it, using a hair dryer, and run hot water through the drain to make sure it is clear. A turkey baster might help.
