My Magic Chef Electric range has a burner (the large one front right) which when turned off remains on at a constant low level. I suspect the switch naturally. What is the test to confirm the switch is bad or is there another possibility. I took out the switch, the wiring looks in great shape. Thanks; John Crawford

I would have to go with the switch.
