this is a stackable washer/dryer prone to problems. it has never really washed the clothes very well and now, it's falling apart.
about a month ago, i had to replace the water pump. now it won't even come to life.
what, oh what, could be the problem?

I would start with checking the electric supply first. Had a customer the other day that bought a brand new W/D stack unit and it wouldn't work, went check it out as a warranty call and it turned out there was nothing wrong with either unit they now owned it was the electrical supply issue.
