just purchase a replacement ice maker from you guys last week ice machine is still not working, it made ice three times and than stopped working . please help :confused:

Mike,

As we discussed on the telephone, the most likely situation with your ice maker is ,

You would have a faulty Main Control Board(mother board).

Here is the part number you need to order,

Part number: AP3957581
Part number: AP3957581
