I think I can see the drain tube where the water comes out to evaporate but im not sure. It is not connected to where a pan is located on the outside of the fridge.
The inside of the pan is dirts with no water in it. (If there is supposed to be water in it)
Can you please help.

The drain tube goes into the pan which sets onto of the your compressor. It only has water after a defrost cycle then it evaporates.
Are both the frige & freezer warmer? Do you have frost or ice on the rear wall of the freezer? Post as much information of the problem(s) as you can it helps us help you.
