Noise is comming from fan in freezer side. It seems to be running at different speeds which makes a howling noise.I was told that it was a board problem by someone who has one like it.Thank You!

I guess my question should be does a faulty fan motor make noises or is there a circuit board that that controls the speed that could be faulty? Thank You!
