When the Control on button is pressed, the dryer control lights and LCD readout should light up. They do but occasionally, there is no response. I wait a day or two and try to turn it on again and then it works. What is causing this and how can I repair it?

Thanks.

Either the control's quick dis-connect is full of corrosion or it is loose.
