Took hose off and replaced the screen, and check to see if anything was in the water valve, and it seemed clear. Thanks for the help.

Check if hot water is coming out of the hose. Check for 120VAC coming to the hot water solenoid on the water inlet valve while the timer calls for hot water. Post the results. Here are the break down diagrams for the Hotpoint washer Model WLW5700BALGene.
