RCA dryer is not drying clothes in time allowed, clothes can dry for up to two hours and not be done.
The heating elements work because I feel heat from the clothes, any ideas what to look at next??

Most likely the cause of the problem is a clogged exhaust line including the vent outlet and/or clogged the air ducts and the blower wheel inside the dryer. Here are the break down diagrams for the RCA dryer Model BVLR333EV0WWGene.

Its VERY possible that 1/2 of the element is burned out. The only way to find out is remove the drum and check the elements.
