Flashing green light in ice maker, never any ice. Turn off button and reset and it works for a day or two, then back to blinking lights (Gene - per some earlier posts, looks like suggestion is new ice maker? Can you confirm & pls post part number?). New problem is freezer swinging from +7 to -1 in temperature...no idea what the deal is with that. Two service calls that have resulted in two new ice buckets. Waste of time & money. Appreciate any insight. Thanks.

Appreciate any insight. Thanks. lefers, one reason you have no ice is because of the fluctuation in freezer temp. It needs to be below zero to make ice. The reason you are having so many problems is , One, you have a GE refrigerator, two, in this new of a model, everything is controlled by a circuit board. Sounds like your circuit board may be bad and as far as I know there is no way to test it. Just a process of elimination. Sorry. Just my two cents worth.
