I've been told to replace the glow bar. It is not coming on when I turn the bake on. My question is: If the bottom glow bar is not ignighting would that prevent the broil from working? Neither work right now, but the top gas burners work fine. Thanks for the help!!!!

the so called globar you refer to is called an ignitor, does your oven have a seperate broil +bake ignitor, one on top +one on the bottom?

there is an igniter on the broil and a seperate on the bake. model number is jgbp33beh3bb
