Microwave operates, but cooling fan not receiving input voltage (I removed the fan and tested it.....it works fine). Microwave eventually shuts down (probably due to an overheat condition, then ultimately resets itself). I'm assuming a sensor of some sort is not working properly to provide power to the fan, but cannot find any schematics on-line, and there's nothing in the "manual". Unit is just over 2 years old.

Thoughts? (note...I don't have the exact model number with me here at work, but the one shown looks very similar to our unit....I can post the correct model number later).

Regards,

Steve

Hi Steve,

I believe the first failure suspect is the control board due to this part is in charge for power supply to the fan motor.

- The part number for the microwave control board is AP3202740

Gene.
