The condenser fan and motherboard were replaced two weeks ago. They are fine. I have unplugged it for now while I figure what to do. Please help if you can Christine:(

This page should help http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/GE-refrigerator-repair.html Note the page was basically created with side-by-side models in mind but diagnosing defrost problems is pretty much the same.
