Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/28/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,648		You have to remove the door. There is a cover on the top hinge remove it. Then remove the two screws that hold the hinge on. Then lift straight up on the door and it should come off the bottom hinge. There is a cam on the door and a cam on the hinge. If the one on the hinge is broken you will have to replace the hinge. If the one on the door is broken you can just replace it. Refrigerator repair guide
