All food in refrigerator freezes. We unplug it constantly to keep things from getting ruined. It is a side by side ad I don't see the model number listed when I search for parts on this site.

How did you set both temperature controls?

The model number you posted is incorrect. Instead of "F" between "S" & "B" should be another letter. Verify and repost it please.
