Like most people here, our Matag has had lots of repairs to keep it going. It is extremely frustrating. Currently, our neptune 3000 is working through all cycles except max spin. The regular spin speed works but when it ramps up to max speed it starts shaking violently for a minute or so and then comes back down to regular speed. We changed out the rear struts thinking they were shot but it made no difference. The springs are in place inside the door and on the outsode of the drum. There's the fluid in the drum ring, the motor is only a couple of years old and nothing seems out of order. Even if the washer is empty, it does the same thing. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
