My washer fills up but won't agitate or drain. I can hear a buzzing which I'm assuming is the motor, but nothing happens. I saw a similar post about a person having a similar problem, however, it was a different brand. I need some advice that's easy to understand. Thanks for your time. Made a typo: the model number is actually aw20k3w

Check the belt first. that's what makes it agitate, spin & drain.

Can you tell me where i would find the belt? I leaned the washer over on it's side and can't see the belt... Also, if it is the belt do you think it could be caused by the washer being on unlevel ground?
