Recently the turntable stopped working on our built in microwave. I've checked to make sure the it was on the track correctly and that nothing was obstructing it. I also made sure that the turntable was turned on. What can be done to fix it? Just need some troubleshooting ideas.

Thanks!

Remove the bottom panel and check if the turntable motor is running while the microwave is ON. If it's running, check the coupler (#27 on the diagram) for a crack. If this part is bad, then it's time for a new microwave because the part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available.

If the motor is not running, check for 120 VAC to the turntable motor wile the microwave is ON.

If there is the proper voltage, replace the motor.

If the reading is incorrect, replace the control board.
