hi i have an scd302ts thermador double oven

it has a bad heating element which i have segregated and identified
here's the weird thing......

none of the other heating options work

i.e. the broil, the convection, and bake options do not work in the other oven...in powering up the oven for pre-heat or broil(there are no error codes)
i test the input to the heat element related to the heating option selection..there is power going to the element as well as on the out going side yet no heat??
with the element getting full power for heat(continuity checked and aok)
what would be preventing it from heating

thank you

as i continued to test the issue with the heating element i was able to trace power issue back to the control board.....the bake/broil/ and convection leads to a terminal labelled 'DLB' double line break i believe

this oven has two controller boards and in both cases when trying to turn on any heat bake broil or convection the leads coming out of 'dlb' has no power

odd this is the issue on both boards so there must be something in common

any ideas what to look for?

thx

i discover that there are some sail switches that were not closing when the oven was turned on

so in closing the sail switch i am getting full power on both sides of each element be it bake broil or convection per my test meter, i have an element that needs replacing

problem is still the elements do not heat...my thinking is with full pwer feeding each element when turned on i should get heat??

any thoughts? thx for help
