I had a service tech come to my house charge me 130.00 to tell me that the control panel on my whirlpool electric range was bad and needed to be replace. and adjust the setting in the panel if I need to.

I want to order that part number myself and need to know if this is something that I can replace myself or do I need a tech to do. I really want to do this myself I can't afford to spent another 130 to have a tech come and install.
Part Number: AP3964246Manufacturer's Number: W10114377 made by WHIRLPOOL

Can someone please advise on how I can install this control panel myself. and adjust the setting in the panel if I need to.
Is there a website that I can go. Please help

it is verry easy to do take out the screws on the top side of the back of the range the controle board will have 4 or 5 plugs in it remove and replace just that easy

I am not sure the following manual is an exact match to your unit but it should be close.

You may have to join the site to download the manual but it is free and a great site for appliance repair manuals.

Also be sure to unplug the unit when working on it!!!
