Freezer is fine but refrig is not cold at all. Please help.

Check the back of the freezer for frost/ice(may need to remove the rear panel in freezer to check completely. If so locate the defrost timer and advance until the unit shuts down. let us know how that goes.

This product does not have a defrost timer, it has a adaptive defrost control, which is a board. If you have a frost build up, on the back wall of the freezer, that will most likely be your problem.
