My dishwasher is stuck in drain mode -- even when the door is open, the drain motor runs. We have cleaned out all the filters and even added water to make sure the tub was draining properly. It drains, but never quits running. We also tried to cancel the cycle using the cancel sequence, but that doesn't have any affect on it. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the relay or triac that controls the drain motor is shorted.
This is probably on the control board.
