was hit with power surge replaced both boards now owen starts up as soon as element starts kicks off relary shuts down than lite flashes 3 times isthat a bad oven sensor ? both sides do same thing

There are two blue lights: the blue "oven" light and the blue "heating" light. When a fault occurs, the control will first flash the blue "oven" and then the blue "heating" light. Count how many times each light flashes and post it.

when turn oven on fans start oven lite comes on heating lite comes on as soon as temp starts to rise it kicks off oven lite flashes 3 times and stayes off it is a thermador pdr484ggzs101

All of the fault codes determined by the control system should have two numbers. According to your description the error code shown by your oven is "3" and "0" or 30. This error code is undefined by the control system. I do not think it has something to do with the oven sensor, especially for both ovens.
What are the part numbers of the boards you replaced? Did you do it yourself or it's done by someone else?

oven lite never flickers heating lite comes on starts to heat as soon as temp starts to rize kicks off and heating lite flashes 3 times i replaced both boards with installation kit ap3891182 (499845) installation setit is an up dated set with both boards in it

It is very hard to say what is wrong in such situation. Looks like the only way is to call a qualified tech to diagnose it.
