I have a GE Profile Arctica Refrigerator Model # PSS26SGPASS. I have replaced a chopped up drive cup and 2 days later it was chopped up in half again. I dont know what to do next....Email is steven.barbetti@cit.com

Probably there is something wrong with the auger or ice crusher blades. You have to inspect all parts. The disassembly instructions are attached to the reply.
