On certain cycles the Washing Machine won't do a final high speed spin. The user manual says "Large item of clothing can become entangled and can not be distributed evenly in the drum. For reasons of safety the high speed spin cycle will be automatically suppressed".
This is a intermitted problem and seems to occur with large loads. The machine is 4 yrs old and the problem just started in the last 60 days.
Do I need to focus on Drum Springs/Shocks or look into the imbalance compensation system which I assume is part of the system board

Gene, there are no flashing lights. In fact everything appears normal and that the cycle is finished. The display says "Remove Laundry". When you open the door, you can tell that the laundry is very wet. My wife usually repeats the cycle or does a spin cycle which usually takes care of the problem.

All electronic components in your washer have 5 years limited warranty. This machine is pretty complicated and it is very possible the problem is with an electronic control. I would recommend to call Bosch authorized service.
