Our washer is only 3 yrs old & has no power. The dryer is fine. Sears was suppose to come today & cancelled the last minute. Kenmore Elite Oasis-HE, will not ever purchase another.

Next make sure that the door switch is good.This is the problem some of the time.(A bad door switch). Also,there is a fuse on many models that is white in color about a 1/4 inch wide and about 1 1/2 in" long. It MUST have continuity or it's blown out. This happens if Your filter got to much lint in it. The fuse is about 10.00 bucks or so.It's located close to the bottom on the chute by the bottom left corner around the motor area .You must take off the back cover to see it .Jimmyds

Thank you for your suggestions. The house breaker has not tripped off & we are getting proper voltage as well. We would not have lint because it is a washer. Will look into the other suggestions. Thx
