Hello, my refidgerator/freezer stopped cooling a couple of days ago. Every now and then i can still hear something running on it but i'm not sur ewhat it is.

Also when i look up parts for this model number on this site, it lists two additional characters when tryinh to select my model number from the list.
The number above is the only one i could find on my unit, and its two characters short. Where can i find this info?

The sticker is inside of the fresh food compartment on the top right, but if it isn't there or you can't read it the next digit is the color of the machine (B= black; D= almond; W=white; Q= bisque) the last digit is just which time the produced it. (They produce so many; then later they come back to make more of the same model another time, but it shouldn't really matter because they don't actually change the machine. You should just be able to use 0.

Need more info to actually diagnose problem. If you don't already know what it is.
