Hi,
My brother needed a repair on his Kenmore washer, which he did himself.
After disassembly and repair of the defective parts he wasn't able to properly reassemble the cabinet of this appliance.

My question, is there a proper sequence/steps for putting the lower (sides) and the top back together?

He described trying to attach the top by reaching thru the opening (as if loading or unloading the appliance) under the lid, between the top and drum.

What he described didn't sound like an efficient way for servicemen to assemble/disassemble the appliance without wrestling with the machine or hurting themselves... lol :D

I haven't had a look for myself yet so I'm not sure what he's up against.
If there's any shortcuts or tricks to reassemble plz advise...

Many thanks in advance,
Matt

That machine is made by Whirlpool, which the 110 tells us.
Not sure what all he removed or how but....if he has the base connected completely then the top which has clips on the back to raise it, lowers down like a car hood, and clips into place.
