We have 4 heat setting on this dryer, Reg, Med, Low, and no heat. Unless you set on no heat, it appears it is always on reg heat, which is too hot for clothes. Any suggestions?

Thanks

You probably need to check the thermostats for continuity on the heat element with a ohm meter. If you have one that doesn't have continuity then that's probably your problem(probably the Hi-limit thermostat, which will be on the other side than the other two).
