Thanks for the quick delivery of the control unit. Can you please instruct me as to how to remove and replace the existing unit? I'm hoping this new unit will solve the timer from not advancing. It's not the heater because after the unit's been stuck for an hour there's steam coming out when the door is opened.

If you wish to return the part.

You will need to go to the AppliancePartsPros.com home page.

At the bottom of the page you will see the "returns" heading.

Click on RETURNS and follow the instructions.
