Question(s) :

Did the motor run in the wash cycle ?

Do you hear the motor run in the drain cycle ?

You may have a damaged motor, or control board.
It could be as simple as a broken / loose wire as well, but these answers will help determine the repair route to take.

Are there any lights on the control panel blinking ?

Your technical date sheet is located on the backside of the kickplate, you may want to get it out and review the diagram and test mode(s).

I believe you have a possible problem in the water temperature thermistor or thermostat or wire(s)Connector P2-2 to P7 at the control board.

Or a broken gray wire at the motor from the p5 connector on the control board, or open drain winding on the motor.

The diagram will help you to perform and understand these checks better.

If you need more assistance, keep in touch.

We're happy to help.
