I pressed the start button on my Magic Chef oven. It started to heat the water for my coffee. However, within five seconds, the microwave just went totally dead. I also had a can opener plugged into the socket above it(like normal). The can opener works perfectly in either socket. There was no power surge. The microwave does not work in any other outlet either. We had no previous problems. Please help. I love my magic chef.
