I have Norge that the freezer wont go below 40 and the food section wot coolat all. Do you know what the problem is?

I admit I know nothing about Norge appliances. But....If you look in the back of your freezer to see if there is any frost or ice build up you may have a defrost problem which is very common in refrigerators especially this time of year.
It sounds like a defrost issue to me.
If there's frost or ice on the rear wall of the freezer section then you can start looking for the appropriate defective parts or you can (for a temporary fix) turn off the unit and remove everything, leave the door open for about 24 hours or use a hair dryer for a few hours to defrost the unit completely, then turn it back on and it should start cooling again for a while.
